The thought that pisses me off the most is of activists/reporters risking their lives to document history, only to fail b/c of UX confusion.

I don't know what to say. This has been the single most disruptive/confusing design change so far. Can only imagine how new users must feel.

Yeah, that's the other chronic problem. I never know who to reach out to on tech/design issues on the world's premier conversation tool.

Thank you kindly, please address these issues as soon as possible. Starting w adding the option to individually remove @'s from "canoes."
