last Nokia phone I ever owned was the N900. Loved that Linux brick, but it was too unwieldy, repeatedly prone to breakage

Issue for me was, smartphones are ‘computers’; my Nokias (at least the series 40s) weren’t. Cue ADHD, anxiety, etc.

oh, but I wanted them to be; don't regret exploring early SE/Nokia smartphones, it was a rocky but fun ride
