@Mario_Greenly refugees don't need the engines on arrival, so simply taking them isn't impacting them. But scavengers aren't helping either -
@asteris I imagine the smugglers write the vessels used in the end off as a loss? Are they piloted by refugees or others? -
@Mario_Greenly the former, almost certainly (rubber dinghies, knifed/dismantled). The latter, hard to say for sure, but only 10km across
