Question remains: why did the Supreme Court allow #GoldenDawn to register as a legit political party given history of violence & charter?
@Ovelikios they greenlighted a party whose anti-democratic charter admires nazi Germany. They do know how to read, don't they?

@Ovelikios you can believe anything you want. If your charter advocates the overthrow of democracy & hate speech, you can't run in elections -
@asteris I can see your point and it's valid. But AFAIK, the Supreme Court's "license" it's mostly paperwork, a typical procedure. -
