@GRAFIXEL I'm not assuming. Moore assumes that out of 100 people tortured, all 100 will talk (whether for real, or to stop the torture) -
@asteris agree that a 100% 'success rate' is unrealistic. but even if is only say 50% - that would be still more than 0 -
