Deleted tweets about media ownership. Have to admit, I've reached the point of "why bother?" as media people themselves don't like to think about who owns their companies and why. Rather, they bitch about layoffs which are only a natural outcome of bad leadership.
Eh, that's a huge issue exacerbating the media crisis, self-censorship over labor issues. There's been some efforts this year to break the silence, but the sector needs to step up before it's gobbled up.

I think it is too late here. I used to be in B2B magazines, but that industry is all but gone thanks to private equity companies and bad management. Those that remain are really event companies that use their magazine titles to push events.

Greek media aren't in good shape either, the effects of the media crisis (and yrs of omerta over media ownership issues) compounded by the debt crisis; feels like a wasteland, tbh.
