If it is possible to ever find who started this fire (if it's ever proved to be arson), they should at the very least be charged with (so far) 74 counts of murder and for the damage in property and environment they've caused. Will we ever see such justice?

If a human started this, finding that person is only the beginning. Whose initiative was it? It would have to be traced back to the source. The same for every other fire these days, let's expose them all.

An effective inquest would first off identify the procedural flaws that allowed this to escalate to such a magnitude. Improving the process is essential to avert tragedies from repeating themselves.
