I’m habitually inclined towards agreeing with that in theory. In practice, I want to see this, and blasphemy charges abolished.

Take away the thrill? Those laws are the peg for all bad language. Taking that away will inflate the shock value of badmouthing out of existence. No language should not be denied its content
