NEW: Previously unreported claims of sexism, harassment, and gender-based pay discrimination plagued Bernie Sanders 2016 campaign. And now, as he considers running in 2020, some women want long held concerns addressed. From @melbournecoal and @ktbennerhttps://www.nytimes.com/2019/01/02/us/politics/bernie-sanders-campaign-sexism.html …

Good to see they're pledging positive steps as they move forward, and also good to hear the candidate didn't stoop to this low level. Sanders is one of the most honest politicians of our time.
-
They want to pretend like women haven't been complaining about the misogynistic antics of the Bernie & his
Bros in real life and on the internet online for the last 2 years

We currently have an old white man that has focus issues in the White House, Americans deserve a younger more diverse person. Someone in the same pay grade as the rest of us. Enough of these Billionaires who have no idea of a working person’s budget.
-
As if being white disqualifies from being a decent politician. You seem to be forgetting that a majority of Americans ARE white. And if you deem it racist cause they identify with a white canidate over someone of color you're calling yourself racist cause you do the same.

I don't think Senator Sanders knowingly ignore these incidents during his 2016 campaign. That being said, he's not free from the blame and the consequences. The greatest thing that the Progressive movement can do for posterity is to empower more non-white females.
-
How about having a nomination being the best qualified for the job no matter if they are male, female, black, white or whoever. The Left is stuck in identity politics with suggesting it needs to be a woman or minority. Truly a strategy & sad they don't focus on the best candidate
-
Or white dudes could just stop acting like people's identity has absolutely no effect on their policy beliefs.

Bernie needs to stop running for things and GO AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tell him to take up knitting and bake some darn cookies.
-
Bernie can do whatever he wants.
-
I’m in favor of anyone questioning the electability of Bernie Sanders except for anyone with
#StillWithHer in their bio. It’s immediately disqualifying.

"Ms. Slamen quit the organization at the end of 2016 after she said she was berated by a male member of the Our Revolution steering committee for suggesting an organizing plan." Nina, how could you & Bernie allow this toxic culture to flourish?
-
Same tactics used in 2016 but last time it was Hillary this time it's Kamala or it's Beto Bernie's a sicko his rape essay told everybody exactly who he was
-
It wasn't a "rape essay" numbskull. It IS an essay regarding toxic gender roles & the dynamics which they create in our sex lives - how many time do you do need this explained to y'all? But please tell us about "2016 tactics" while you extrude desperation & formulated negligence.pic.twitter.com/XlKt9InQvP

No. More. Bernie.
-
Then don’t vote for him, others will. That simple.
-
Not anybody who's vetted him properly

-
I’m pretty sure a lot of people have vetted him properly and they love his record. You don’t like him, we get it. Vote for someone else. End of story.
-
Really. That statement proves you haven’t. His voting record is very questionable.
-
Really? Please do tell
-
Look it up it's public record
