Just take the tow fees from their pay. Unless, those fees exceed their pay, in which case you can open that extra section!
Any car parked in the same space overnight for three days gets towed. Please advise faculty who sleep in their car to relocate daily, lest they get a rude awakening, as well as accompanying tow fees.

Plus, we formed a committee to monitor this parking, who subsequently needed a consultant to come in and discuss systems and procedures for monitorig to the tune of $10,000, so this parking program won't see a return until at least 2045. Thanks!

Trailers and motor homes have never been allowed in college parking lots. All offending vehicles will be tagged, ticketed and towed upon discovery, beginning next week. There will be no exceptions for Fridays before long weekends.

What about students who sleep in their cars?

Tow them with the student inside. Tack tow fees into university fees. Since they’re sleeping on university property charge them housing anyway.
