@wood757 Not much discussion on climate science going on there. More of an ad hominem blog than a science blog.
@NoDirectAction So wind energy, by your logic, will have NO PLACE in ANY energy future.
Excellent. Tell me what happens when oil runs out.

@emlynaddison Small scale wind energy is good for pumping ground water on farms. Traditional small scale is far more neighbourly as well.
-
@NoDirectAction "Small scale"? Denmark's 2012 electricity supply from wind power was 35.3%. Germany & Netherlands are catching up.@wood757 -
@emlynaddison At a high cost. Without back up from reliable sources more Europeans would have frozen to death in the winter of 2012.
#AusPol -
@NoDirectAction Yes, Bill. Like I said about EIGHT tweets ago, wind power is PART OF THE SOLUTION. Now go bug someone else.@wood757 -
@emlynaddison
#Unreliables aren't a solution, they are the problem. You even admitted "Wind energy is still far too undeveloped..."#AusPol -
@NoDirectAction How is wind power THE PROBLEM. My god that is a short-sighted declaration. Maybe it's a problem if you like money.@wood757 -
@emlynaddison Banksters gain power over nations when they can't repay their debts &
#WindEnergy is a great means to bring that about#AusPol -
@NoDirectAction @emlynaddison The govt.was funding wind energy (those that wanted it) privatisation of electricity costing us$big#auspol - 7 more replies
