Much of this would be subject 2 legal challenge. So it remains 2 be seen tmrw how much govt lawyers were bent 2 Trump's will or overruled.9/

Lawyers & staff in HHS, Labor & Treasury would all be involved. My experience is they would push back hard on a WH push to bend the law.10/
