"Women won't have sex with me, therefore, I must kill people." The sense of entitlement is astounding, but also imagine being sold that pack of lies and finding out it's not true.

It creates a terrible cocktail of insecurity, rage, bewilderment, and since dudes are taught that feelings are for weenies, it comes out in the most horrific ways. This is not to excuse the actions, not by any means, but it's also an indictment of our society.

other minorities (yes, let's throw some internalized racism into the mix). Bottom line: we teach dudes that they have the right to any woman they want simply by existing--this is NOT a good lesson to teach boys.

It’s the weird flip side of the coin (maybe?) of the whole Beauty & The Beast story women are told. AKA, if you are nice & patient someone who treats you horribly & is unattractive becomes your “prince”. So men can look/act anyway they want & beautiful women will come to them.

Yup! That's exactly what it is. "A woman's love can transform a man!" "Any man is better than none!" "Husband training", etc. It's all gross.
