    Do other cities send homeless people to Redding? Maybe a few. But it's usually to be with family – and we do the same thing. In reality, experts say it's far more likely for someone to be on the streets of a city where they were once housed. My latest:

    This comes as Santa Clara County health officials today announced a second suspected case of community-spread , which "does signal to us that it's now time to shift how we respond to the novel coronavirus."

    At a press conference on just now, a CDC official said the virus can survive for days on surfaces, but there's some good news: It's also easily killed with cleaning products, and they don't believe that's the main way it spreads.
