We consider the US commitment to a political solution to be credible & are coordinating to build the necessary international consensus on peace. But without a regional consensus on peace & addressing Taliban’s interdependencies with their supporters, breakthroughs will take time.

Why shouldn't it be developed to permissive drugs for pharmaceutical use. Given that the AFGOV and USGOV over the last two decades could not work out a viable strategy to diminish the opium production in Afg. Indian practices can be replicated in our country.
