How would u when u have illegal weapons depot n backyard of warlords (Jan Moh Khan of Kapisa) is an example.. terrorists receive their weapons from none else, but local warlords (stake of warlords & corrupt officials r in instability & war); enforcing rule of law z more important

I don’t think there will ever be peace in Afghanistan as long as any foreign group whether Pakistan, India, Iran or America stays there. Afghanistan should be an independent country. I don’t think the Taliban will ever drop their weapons as long as US troops stays in Afg.
