Thread: I see a lot of Community Managers put themselves down and say they aren't as good as others. This is totally 100% wrong. We all work differently, for different companies with entirely different expectations of each of us.

We have different brands, which require various approaches and communities managed and handled DIFFERENTLY. You may be a CM who spends more time on social media, you may be a CM who just edits videos or even one who is a forum god/goddess.

Just remember, you are one of the people helping grow your community, interacting with fans & being the best you can be. Being a CM is a very underrated & sometimes under appreciated job role, but we do it, we smash it & we build small and large communities for brands we love.

We are the ones in the middle bringing our brands from the developer or publisher to the fans and SMASHING it. Don't ever under estimate yourselves Community Managers, because you're fucking great at what you do. #CommunityManagerAppreciationDay

Also - community managers stick together AM I RITE?

WAIT one more thing, Community Managers are tired all the god damn time, we work extra hours (when we know we don't HAVE to) but we power through for our brands which we do honestly love with all of our heart <3
