yeah i was sold on some sort of body-glide stick to help with my running - it does nothing at all for ze nips, but it does seem to help my thighs.

Things I have tried: Medicated powder, plasters *everywhere*, bandages, body glide, Vaseline. Things that have worked: Not running.
