So how cold does it get in dlp in November and December? I need a winter coat for my trips.

..and I've had NYE celebrations in DLP where Uggs, thermal clothing, a thick coat and scarf/gloves/hat was still not enough to keep me warm
Pretty much this. :) Just have to really make a judgement call based on what the weather is like in the days leading up to the trip.

Last year it was *FREEZING*, the year before it was really mild.
