I don't mean that, I mean people who won't switch heroes, force others to carry them and just employ the same tactic repeatedly.
like going 3 snipers on Attack on 2nd point of Hanamura so we have no follow-up or staying power when the point gets cleared.

after my first week + weekend of playing I've noticed that mid-week players tend to be more mindful of that and switch classes

maybe it's volume of players, maybe not, but I definitely enjoy mid-week matches more due to team cohesion.
