And yet when you look at the careers section of the company website you see all sorts of token BS like "we value transparency," "we believe in treating people like people," "we practice open and honest communication" etc. Sure Jan. (4/4)
Bonus: Not every company is like this, and I've had some really positive interactions with some Recruiters that practice what they preach and I can't laud them enough for it. Those recruiters are the real MVPs.
Which industries are you looking in, any specific roles?
Mostly community/influencer/social media management roles, occasionally producer/project management, and it's mostly gaming but have also applied to some non-gaming companies too.
