Man the writing and character development of Final Fantasy XIV is so fucking good it is unreal... THIS is what Final Fantasy means to me. THIS is what I personally wanna see come back to the single player series.

I had a moment tonight where I had to sit the controller down and just soak in all the themes they were exploring and executing upon so well and so convincingly... only a hand full of games really ever made me do that.

I really hope that now more of the "mainline" content creators are getting involved in XIV it encourages more FF fans to give it a shot. The devs have consistently smashed it out of the park since ARR and it's always such a shame to see some fans brush it off as "hurr MMO bad."

Completely agree. And my only regret was not getting back into it sooner. Tbh if Shadowbringers is as good as they say, then I can only see this being my favorite FF game of all time

Just make sure to be ready to put the volume up to MAX as Shadowbringers has some absolute bangers in the soundtrack!
