It's crazy to think that as a young teenager I spent many an hour playing 4-player split screen Goldeneye/Perfect Dark etc. on a tiny 13" TV, and loved every second of it.
These days I can't even imagine playing split screen anymore and TVs are huge! 
Does remind though of the sheer elation of the parents being out or away for the weekend and getting to play on the big telly downstairs
