Oh Criss I'm so sorry! It really sucks that you had to go through those experiences. I hate the drinking culture in this industry. I hate that it's the most common way of networking and leads to so much predatory abuse.

Agreed. Before Riot, I barely drank, but there was booze everywhere and it was really a huge part of the culture. Sometimes it was just wholesome gaming and beers, but the *constant* drinking culture ends up masking too much harassment. It blurs social lines and power dynamics.

I was absolutely a part of the drinking culture at Riot. I know I've made people drink more than they should have, and it makes me sick to my stomach that I did.
