Hey Ash, well done on posting this & incredibly sorry to hear what you went through. I think it's highlighted how immature & ignorant many of us were back then (myself included), particularly to what was going on. Extremely sorry if I caused any ignorance or stupid questions
It was definitely a conclave of events back then - the Cork office was new and going through rapid & constant change, we were all young, in some cases it was the first ever job for some people, and for many of us it was our first time living abroad. It blurred boundaries a lot.

It's an excuse for ignorance but not malice. Especially as we had learn and grow banged into us. We all could have done better.
