It's definitely not cowardice. Sometimes it's just... safer to not invite the random abuse and etc.? Putting up with that crap takes a lot of work. I hope more people have your back having read this, and that things can get better!

There is nothing cowardly in what you have just shared. I am sickened that we still live in a world where this level of prejudice and hate is still rife. I do hope that you know that your space here is safe xx

Thank you Alyssa. Yeah, in many ways the world has come along way in terms of acceptance etc. but there's still a really long way to go as well. I hope that one day we'll get there. x
