And this is on top of not being able to use any of the Gold tier rewards despite hitting gold 3 times now, because for some reason it thinks my account is a US one and won’t let me use the offers in France.

Yikes. We've had a few issues on Deliveroo through all our time using it in the UK and they've always given us vouchers for future use, with little effort on our part :/

A few months ago they gave me a full refund for less of an issue (without me even asking for it either, just reporting that something was missing from the order). This takes the biscuit.

Most of the time I don't even bother reporting those minor issues. But when 2/3 of the order is either missing, or inedible, yeah that goes over the line a bit....
