The Anju and Kafei quest in Majora’s Mask. A perfect blend of puzzles, story, and character to reunite lost lovers that ends in a heartwarming way (but also quite sad in the context of the wider narrative).
Absolutely! Great minds, I just thought of this one too. It's stayed with me all this time Majora's Mask had so much depth.
Yeah I really feel Majora’s Mask is one of the most underrated games in the Zelda franchise. Many of it’s side quests had an unusual amount of depth to them for its time. Thankfully it got some of the recognition it deserved since the 3DS remaster.
