And this is common from me, a Brit, the nation renowned for seemingly innocuous statements having covert meanings.
I’m still perplexed as to how internet technical terms became so commonly used in American business speak. I die a little inside anytime I hear “let’s take this offline” or “I don’t have the bandwidth for this.”

Bandwidth predates the internet, tho
I find it painful when people use English terms in other languages when there are already equivalent words just cause it sounds "cool". Buzzwords from English are becoming increasingly common in Spanish marketing and even conversation
