I watched your video, Soldier's, and Dreamcastguy's, and I feel you all did a pretty good job of surmising my own "eeeeeehhh..." middle ground feeling toward the ending. It's a shame you all get flack for presenting reasoned views and not just blindly raging about it.

For the most part the community is pretty respectful of it. There’s a small minority of stans that sort of see it as us not liking it as “being resistant to change” change isn’t the problem. Its what they did in that instance.

Yeah, I get you. I feel like the ending is going to be quite divisive among fans in the long-run. Now I'm really curious to see the early trailers for part two when we'll hopefully get some indication of what direction things are going in.

Once the emotional high of completing a really good game wears off, I think people will sort of be upset by it. It took me days after completing the game for it to really set in and rub me the wrong way.

I can completely relate to that, it took me around 2 days after completion to gather my thoughts together cohesively enough to put them down on one of the forums I frequent.
