YES oh my god have you done that thing where you think if you stop you'll die That's only happened to me once and I started hallucinating, I'd been awake 50 hours and I started seeing faces in trees
Can't say I've had it quite that bad 
Right now my body feels like it has the energy to run up the walls, jump around etc. but also so tired that my eyelids are ready to have me slip into a coma if I close them.
