After spending much of my FFXIV time this week tapping into the Gil to be made from the new crafted items, I got around to doing Eden's Verse tonight. Even on normal the encounters are a lot of fun and the music is (srsly) legit!

The weird synthpop (maybe?) vibe in the E8 encounter surprised me but it's good. That said, all of the Ruby Weapon encounter music..
Have to say I don't actually like the music for Phase 1 of Ruby that much 
But yeah E8 is fab!

To each their own :P I love the original song, and I like all the versions they've done with The Primals as a band so far, so this is a great version for me. Wonder what's next now for Eden tho, story wise

Yeah I usually like The Primals stuff, and that theme is one of my favourites from ARR, but IDK, The Primals version just doesn't gel for me.
As for Eden, I'm convinced at this point that Ultimecia will be either E11 or E12 after being separated from Gaia.
