2 Years to join (Without a degree)

Time in the industry: 12 years. Time it took to get in: Within 2 years after graduating from University. Though if I'm honest it wasn't something I was actively pursuing at the time, just ended up trying my luck in the right place at the right time. Degree: Yes.
