Yeah I was wondering this actually as the people I hear say the 2nd option the most tend to be from the Nordics or Germany/Austria.

In the nordic countries(Denmark, Sweden and so) we say WoW or WaoW(Rhymes with cow). I've never heard of woah or waoh or whatever.
