You can add location information to your Tweets, such as your city or precise location, from the web and via third-party applications. You always have the option to delete your Tweet location history. Learn more
Should fansites be clear to you when they are profiting from you (such as shopping services, affiliate links)? I see an increased number of them in our community, but it’s not always clear if links are sponsored or if the site is making money from these.
It's good practice to disclose it, and depending on the type of arrangement it may even have to be disclosed to be legally compliant. (Though it's not something that's really been enforced much yet.)
