There’s literally been multiple “blizzard” guilds in XIV.
Also there’s a group that has a raid schedule in XIV on their off nights from their WoW guild.

It's funny as it goes both ways too. Was an amusing conversation in my FC back in ARR when one of them found out via Facebook that I worked for Blizzard and mentioned it and suddenly FC chat was like "won't you get fired if they find out you're playing this?"
