Needless to say, I recommend it - been a fun dive back into the franchise.

Totally worth my money , i know some people want AC to go back to its roots but honestly its such a great RPG with so much stuff to do and explore
For sure. I picked it up in a sale and got way more than my money's worth out of it. Really tempted to pick up the Season Pass for the DLCs once I'm done. Although it's making me want to check out Origins too which, I'm not even sure why, I never got around to picking up.

Don't wanna spoil anything but Origins and Odyssey have connections between them especially the first Odyssey DLC. If you like Egypt and everything about it Origins is 10/10 with the story/music/environment
