In recommended videos or...? Like, I'm specifically avoiding as much as possible, even the music videos, trailers, etc.
In recommended and on the home page. I watched a bunch of trailers recently and now potentially spoilerific stuff keeps showing up in those lists.

Try disabling the recommended tailored to what you've watched. May need to pause/delete search history for it to work, but I know there's a way to make the recommended lists basically just "top this week."

I might try that! Thankfully right now it's more and more Resident Evil 2 stuff where I've been watching stuff about that. So hopefully it's fully drowned out by zombies soon
