Good call, it's better not to over do it! I can relate hard to the guilt of not going, but when it comes to the legs, it's always better safe than sorry.
I have a 10k in 3 weeks and I'm shitting it, so I think thats what making my guilt worse
but I also know I'll be a mess for that if I let myself get worse.
