Yeah, I get why that would be disapointing. The blue colour does pop out more though, I think it was an effect that worked a bit nicer.
I dunno, I remember one of the criticisms about the blue/silver colour scheme of the 25th was that the muted colours contributed to the "cold" feeling during the daytime on cold, wet, winter days.

Though honestly I'm more baffled that from gate to central plaza it's blue/silver, yet central plaza is currently red/silver

I think the red worked better at day and the blue at night. I guess that they had to balance it out.
