But the reality is, that’s not always the case. The last week or so I’ve been struggling with an injury, at this point I still don’t really know what I’ve done, we think it’s muscular but I can’t be 100% sure. And yes, these things do happen and they suck!

It probably could have happened to anyone at anytime. But I didn’t. It happened to me and it’s come at the worst possible time. There’s a good chance I won’t be able to do all three races next weekend, and there’s no getting away from that...

Yes they’re just races, and there will be more next year. But I think it’s still ok that I’m sad now and I’m hurting. Some times you’re gunna have a bad run, a bad race, or an injury that means you’ll have to miss a race.

I’m hoping I’m gunna be able to do at least some next weekend, and then once I’m recovered I’ll be using this as motivation to come back stronger
