A relative of mine from China just sent me this. Rows of police surrounds her residential block where a positive #coronavirus case was found. It was someone who returned from #wuhan. i think because there are cases where people tried to avoid treatment. In Malaysia, some parents were trying to avoid quarantine even tho their son was infected & they'd been exposed. Authorities had to apprehend them.

I can’t agree this is the right way to convince people to do what they should. It just creates more fear in people. There are ways to communicate and raise public awareness even during a crisis. This is like treating people like a terrorist.
