The crowd turns into a dark place, are they discussing the art? Or did they encounter more anti ai fellows in there? Seems like a bad place to be, maybe the negativity it's not worth going in there

The fox wandering found a banana, looks tasty even if it looks all weird, at least the fox enjoys it. Is the girl in black looking at the fox? Maybe she found her own meaning in what she's looking at

Then we have the anti AI fellow, he's there to protest, looking at the viewer, angry, is he judging the viewer for looking at AI artwork? He holds firmly his newly printed lawsuit, as if art can only be valid by government mandate

the girl in white seems like she blends with the gallery, she's trying to appreciate the artwork on the walls, she's there for her own reason, not minding the mob on the back that turns into a dark tunnel

Then I decide to bring it to Photoshop and work there expanding the picture to a canvas of 9216x6144 pixels, cause I wanted to look at the texture of the prompted SD artificial brush, and the details of the subjects even from the far away perspective of the image

I prompted until I found this, I see someone looking at art why is she separate from the group? There's a guy in dark robes obstructing the view is he holding something? What's the girl in black looking at? Are the pieces on the right undistinguishable cause no one is looking?

So, can midjourney or SD create art? Yes, but it's the person looking at the pictures the one that gives its status. With this definition, now I try to make something, so I see in my mind an AI art gallery with different people

On the other hand, we can watch the fox wandering in the art gallery, maybe trying to find the exit or food, not minding the portraits on the wall Very different from a person who goes through a gallery, stopping by the paintings, trying to find something that has meaning to them

First I started with the idea of what is art, how is it different from traditional, digital and ai, but what about other things, like craftsmanship, are only masters capable of producing art? what about machines?

Replying to
the court ruled that Koons' use of a copyrighted photograph in his artwork was fair use because his artwork was transformative and the photograph was not particularly original or able to capture the market of Koons' work.

Replying to
As part of the case, he created a collage of photographs from an exhibit commissioned by the Guggenheim, which included copyrighted photography taken by Andrea Blanche. He cropped and reoriented the photo, but the district court granted Koons the judgement that this was fair use.

Replying to
In Bv.K, Koons argued that his artwork is not about invented objects or images, but about our relationship with things in the real world. He believes that to make statements about contemporary society, he must use images from the real world that are part of our mass consciousness

Replying to
This case established that using an existing work as a starting point for a new work can be considered transformative and fair use, as long as the new work is significantly different from the original and serves a different purpose.
