For clarification, you don’t need to use hashtags since twitter will search the whole tweet in searches. The exception is if you want others to see your specific hashtag or it’s one trending currently.

Dear twitter artists, don’t put links in posts you want a lot of eyes on. Twitter suppresses posts with links(it thinks they are ads). This includes hashtags. Add links to a second post in a thread instead.

You no longer need to use hashtags unless it’s a trending one. Twitter searches search the whole tweet. So instead of being like
#pokemon just say pokemon somewhere in the post - Show replies

they always go on the opposite direction from what their users do. Like of they wanted to scuttle themselves. quite a challenge.
