Chrome's implementation of `SecurityPolicyViolation` fires on the `Document`, not the `Window`. Let's fix that, shall we?
If only there was a next version of the CSP specification which made it possible to change things! FWIW no-one's using srcElement.

Make sure to define what happens if the element is no longer in the tree :) webkitfullscreenchange is fun like that.
