There are only 2 ways the holosuites could be cleaned that perfectly, since mopping wouldn't get rid of the buckets full of DNA in it.

my headcanon is that since baryons are just normal matter the "baryon sweep" in TNG is just cleaning the ship

bc they literally have a molecular model for the whole ship and can use transporter tech to remove all atoms that don't belong
