Okay it wasn't all dicks Sometimes it was that heavy metal capital letter S we all did Or it was, like, goofy cartoon faces, or boobs Or on occasion I would just straight up write down my internal monologue about how bored and pissed off I was

I want you to understand that even when I was trying to take notes, you all talk so slow and repeat yourselves so much when lecturing that writing down the actual important phrase from whatever you just said takes like 0.5 seconds and then I have to wait a full 10-20 seconds

There is so much dead time in between for dick-drawing At least if I had an Internet-connected device I could do my own research during this agonizing process and actually fucking learn something on the off chance I was actually interested

Im sitting here struggling to think of any info I've ever received in a job interview that was actually worth writing down and not readily available elsewhere.
-
It really should not reflect on your professionalism if you dont take notes during an interview! If anything, it shows your memory is better than mine lol

I get so mad when they ask me to bring in my resume. I already sent you a digital file and you are in an office. You have the capability to print. I am looking for a job. I do not own a printer. Please be professional and take my interview seriously by being prepared

Funny that people this are dicks about stuff like this when it seems pretty expected that a lot of people assume they're at an interview to say what they are capable of doing. And that they don't just assume that their supposed to be taking notes on what the company want of them.

Where did this tweet say she demanded people take notes on pen and paper? There is zero expectation emanating from this tweet.
-
The tweet explicitly mentions the interviewee not having a notebook or pen, which...you presumably would only really use to take notes?
