Anyway, unless they actually literally do a crossover with the X-Men movies, they're unlikely to get very deeply into this in the MCU, considering the MCU just says the shield is made of regular vibranium They *may* say it about Wolverine's claws because they're iconic, idk

Then when the Beyonder got his powers back and restored Steve's shield so he could send all the heroes and villains back to their proper place in the universe with nothing changed, he was sloppy and left "one molecule out of place"

That's the first time I remembered it (the first issue I bought of any non-Star Wars comic was X-men 174), but I think the first time it was actually damaged was when Molecule Man disassembled it. Yeah, that was '82, SW was '84
