Weird that England's top two historical legends -- King Arthur and Robin Hood (an Anglo-Saxon fighting the Normans) -- are on opposite sides.

I mean that's because if both of them were real Robin Hood would be from a thousand years later than King Arthur But this is obscured because the popular fiction that defined the King Arthur legend was proudly, wildly anachronistic
