Technically, Ultron and Helen Cho jointly created the Vision's body before Tony and Bruce uploaded JARVIS into it and then had Thor jumpstart him with Mjolnir. Acknowledging this though would mean reminding people that Helen Cho exists, so...

The creation of Vision in this movie especially is incredibly blatantly forced "Well we know this has to happen by the end of the movie so how do we get from point A to point Z"

In this sense, it feels a lot like a superhero movie from _before_ the Marvel Studios era where directors would try to cram in as many characters as possible regardless of whether there was room for them in the story. Like BATMAN AND ROBIN or SPIDER-MAN 3.

Yeah Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch's presence in this movie feels extremely tacked on, they absolutely do not have enough time to do justice to their story It's very much in the spirit of deciding Mister Freeze, Poison Ivy and Bane all need to be in the same movie

The single biggest way in which WV might throw money to a competitor is paying homage to the theme song from The Office in the 2010s episode, but the episode itself was much more of an homage to Modern Family, which they own
